Infium 0.9.91 Stable
nevercodes released this
2026-10-31 12:10:34 +01:00 Messaging is now much more reliable: a message always arrives and is readable, even if your contact switched phones or reinstalled the app. A small lock mark under incoming messages is a temporary indicator while we test the new delivery system.

2026-10-30 17:17:52 +01:00 Calling is much more reliable. Answering an incoming call from the lock screen now connects properly instead of staying silent, and once you pick up on one device (iPhone, iPad or Mac) the call stops ringing on your other devices, just like in Telegram. We also fixed cases where the caller kept ringing or you could not hear each other after answering.

2026-10-30 15:14:21 +01:00 Tapping a contact in your chat list no longer makes the rest of the list jump around. We also tidied up the status picker and made a few behind-the-scenes stability improvements.

2026-10-30 14:40:04 +01:00 Statuses now stay in sync across all your devices. Change your status or X-status on one device and every other device updates to match — the most recent change always wins. This update also includes general stability improvements.

2026-10-30 13:12:29 +01:00 Read receipts fixed: if the other person read your message while your phone was asleep or Infium was in the background, the double check could stay stuck on the single check — it now catches up on its own as soon as the app reconnects. On reconnect the app also looks a little further back in the history, so read and delivery markers that arrived just before the newest message are no longer missed.

2026-10-29 21:12:22 +01:00 Message notifications on iPhone now show the text of the message, just like WhatsApp. While your phone is locked, iOS hides the text on the lock screen and shows it again as soon as you unlock — so you always see what was written without opening the app. You can control this in Settings → Notifications → Infium → Show Previews.

2026-10-29 20:45:46 +01:00 A cleaner, fresher look across the whole app: nicer colours, softer shadows and smoother buttons. The send button is now a round green button. The chat list is easier to use - Unread, Friends and Groups each have their own section that scrolls on its own, so the section titles always stay visible. Plus small fixes to messages, emoji, status and settings.

2026-10-29 11:27:05 +01:00 New: tap any reply to jump straight to the original message. The chat now scrolls to it smoothly and briefly highlights it, so it is easy to see what was being answered. Also includes small fixes and polish.
